De Luxe distillation units
Our De Luxe distilleries are 2-way coolers and are only suitable for alcohol distillation. Here, good and bad distillate are channelled through different coolers. The bad distillate is the pre-distillate and after-distillate, which do not smell or taste good. This goes through a cooler. To prevent the bad flavours from getting into the noble spirit, the middle run is passed through its own cooler.
